The Partners then hold an introductory meeting where the client is introduced to the Case Manager who will handle all matters relating to the client.

Currently involved in offering legal advisory and conveyancing services in the development of 300 Units Seito Springs Estate on a 20 acre parcel of land in Kitengela.(Value: Kshs 2.4 Billion)

We are involved in offering legal advisory and conveyancing services in the development of 400 houses in a joint venture between Boleyn Magic Wall and Engineer Mosoti in Athi River.(Value: Kshs 2.4 Billion)

We are the Lead Counsels in a joint venture project between Dryden Developers Limited and Econobuild Limited in a project along 6th Avenue Parklands. (Value: Kshs. 900 million).

Currently involved in due dilligence, acquisition and processing of individual member titles for Mhasibu Housing Company Limited which is erected on more than 300 acres of land next to the proposed Vision 2030 Isiolo Resort City.

Representing Jubilee Insurance Company of Kenya Limited at the Public Procurement Administrative Review (PPARB). The brief was approximately Kshs. 895 Million (2019).

Representing Geminia Insurance Limited in four tender disputes at the Public Procurement Administrative Review (PPARB). The brief was approximately 9.5 Million (2018).

Conducting due diligence and security perfection for Co-operative Bank Limited currently the 3rd Largest Bank in Kenya. This process involves Review of Compliance with Central Bank of Kenya Guidelines on Lending and the Banking Act, review of documents and securities, review of the litigation risks, searches at the Lands and Company Registries and thereafter preparation and registration of duly executed securities.

Currently representing Jopa Villas Limited and JNP Property Holdings Limited in a property dispute concerning the partly developed houses on a 21 acres parcel of land along Mombasa Road near mlolongo.(Value of transaction Kshs. 2 Billion)

Conducting legal due diligence and security perfection for Jamii Bora Bank Limited.

Participated by offering legal advisory services in the management takeover of Jamii Bora Bank by Asterisk Holdings Limited through a rights issue where we were the legal advisors for Asterisk holdings Limited. We conducted due diligence on Jamii Bora Bank compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements. Value of Transaction: (Kshs 330 Million)

Conducting legal due diligence and security perfection for HFC Limited (formerly Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited).

Conducting due diligence for the 100% acquisition of Lynton Pharmacy by Luwada Pharmaceutical Limited. This involved drawing contracts, reviewing existing contracts, getting regulatory approval from the Competition Authority of Kenya, Pharmacy & Poisons Board, confirming trademark registration from the Kenya Industrial Property Institute as well as confirming compliance with the Companies Act and Labour Laws.

Recently involved in the consultancy for the coffee sector debt audit and restructuring in Nyeri County as Legal Experts under JKUAT Enterprises Limited who were the lead consultants. The exercise involved extensive review of the process of obtaining loans by all 23 Coffee Societies in Nyeri County, compliance with the Societies Act and the respective Society By-Laws.

Conducting due diligence for the 100% acquisition of Queens Dyers and Cleaners by Queens Drycleaners Limited. This involved drawing contracts, reviewing existing contracts including contracts of employment, getting regulatory approval from the Competition Authority of Kenya, National Environment Management Authority, confirming trademark registration from the Kenya Industrial Property Institute as well as confirming Compliance with the Companies Act and Labour Laws.
